Phoenix Leadership
From building CDM in 1997, Pegasus in 2015, and Phoenix in 2024, we’ve served our customers with a level of experience and expertise to the greatest heights of operational efficiency and customer profitability. This ain’t our first rodeo, and if you’re partnering with Phoenix, the bar has been raised.
001
We provide extensive education and training to all employees, ensuring they are well-versed in safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
002
Our safety procedures and policies are meticulously developed and regularly updated to address evolving risks and industry standards.
003
We conduct thorough safety reviews and job safety analyses to proactively identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks before work begins.
004
We collaborate closely with our customers, supporting their safety audits and aligning on safety goals and performance metrics to ensure a unified approach to safety.
Ongoing Safety Initiatives
We hold mandatory safety meetings each month to discuss near misses, behavior-based safety observations (identifying unsafe behaviors and conditions), and the use of personal protective equipment. These discussions help us continually improve our safety practices and address any emerging concerns.
We focus on recognizing behaviors and conditions that could lead to incidents or damage, promoting a proactive approach to preventing accidents.
We actively work to identify and address workplace hazards, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools to work safely.

Meet in the customer’s office to develop an understanding of what the goals and objectives are for the project.
Field visit to evaluate the onsite conditions and compare to the data developed from the office visit.
Once we have a comprehensive understanding of the project, we can custom design the compressor(s) and the rest of the compressor station requirements (such as -piping, valves, etc.)
With the Project Management of the Station design completed, the Operation of the Station will be evaluated so 98%+ runtime may be achieved by where our team member(s) will be located within at least one hour or less.
Additionally, what type(s) of communications will be required for prompt notification of a unit in need of attention. Since runtime of 98%+ is guaranteed and starts immediately when the compressor goes down, parts are located on site and in the immediate area.
